Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form requests your name, work email, company and acquisition criteria. Criteria may include specialties, geography, business size, funding readiness, timing and notes. Please do not include patient information, seller identities, account credentials or confidential documents.
How the inquiry is handled
When you submit, your contact details and criteria are sent over HTTPS to our existing intake service, which uses n8n to process inquiries and Supabase for intake records. The payload identifies this site and the Vallexa brand and records your consent text and time. Your information is used to process and respond to your acquisition inquiry. Submission does not grant data room access, create an engagement or confirm an introduction.
Browser storage and attribution
Campaign tags, click identifiers, the landing-page address and referring-page address may be held in this tab’s session storage so the source of your inquiry can accompany a submission. Query strings and fragments are removed from the stored page and referrer addresses. Your working acquisition criteria remain in this tab while you use the page. If you choose “Save on this device,” only the criteria are stored locally in your browser so you can return to your brief. You can clear that saved brief with “Clear brief.” The browser also offers a download and print option. Contact details are not saved to browser storage by this form. Notes are part of the criteria and are saved locally only when you choose “Save on this device.”
Your choices
Submitting the form requires permission to contact you about your inquiry. The form does not request SMS marketing consent. You can leave the form without submitting or request a correction or stop further follow-up through the Vallexa team. For privacy questions, email info@vallexa.com and identify Healthcare.deals as the source of your inquiry. Do not send sensitive information with your request.
